Privacy Policy
It is the policy of The Bank of Baker to comply with all federal and state laws pertaining to the privacy and confidentiality of customer information. In addition, it is inherent in the banking business that we have a duty to protect the confidential and private nature of our customers' financial records and it is the policy of The Bank of Baker that we do so.
Notice of Your Financial Privacy Rights
We, our and us, when used in this notice, mean The Bank of Baker.
This is our privacy notice for our customers. When we use the words "you" and "your" we mean the following types of customers:
- Our consumer customers who have a continuing relationship by purchasing or holding financial products or services such as a(n):

- Loan account
- Safe deposit box
- Retail installment contract we hold and service
- All IRA accounts for which we act as custodian

We do not disclose information about former customers, except as permitted by law.
